STEP 1
Gather your supplies:
- Scissors
- Toilet paper roll
- Pen and pencil
- Glue and tape
- Construction paper
STEP 2
Measure and cut one piece of construction paper to fit the toilet paper roll
STEP 3
Tape that piece of construction paper onto the toilet paper roll
STEP 4
Draw two feet, one beak, two eyes, one belly, and two wings. You can either make these up, or you can download our template HERE and either use those pieces or trace them onto construction paper.
STEP 5
Cut out the feet, beak, eyes, belly, and wings
STEP 6
Glue the belly piece into place
STEP 7
Draw pupils on the eyes before gluing them onto the penguin
STEP 8
Fold the ends of the beak, feet, and wings to create tabs for the glue. Glue into place.
STEP 9
Let it dry and enjoy your cute penguin!
