Summit + Shores Café Menu
In partnership with the Aquarium, Café Summit + Shores caters any size event from team trainings, client appreciations, company parties, weddings, and more. The Aquarium’s Oceans Ballroom features a breathtaking view into the 300,000-gallon shark habitat, featuring seven species of sharks, stingrays, a Shovelnose ray, sea turtles, and colorful tropical fish. Guests enjoy gourmet dining with access to the entire Aquarium.
