What Your Membership Includes
When you upgrade, you unlock a full year of perks designed for the whole family:
- Unlimited admission for 12 months — visit as often as you’d like
- Free use of Tuki’s Island and 10% off birthday parties
- Discounts and presales for summer camps and animal encounters
- 10% off at the Cafe and the Gift Shop
- Discounts on public and member-only events
Memberships are also tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, since the Aquarium is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
How to Upgrade: General Requirements
- Upgrades must be completed in person at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Our Guest Services team will walk you through every step.
- Bring proof of your ticket purchase. Guests must provide either a physical ticket or an order/confirmation number to apply the value toward a membership.
How the Upgrade Value Works
The value applied toward your membership is based on the price you paid for your tickets at the time of purchase. That means every dollar you spent on admission goes to work building your year-long pass — no hidden fees, no lost value.
When Does Your Membership Start?
Your membership start date is backdated to the original ticket purchase date. Because of this, we recommend upgrading within 1–2 weeks of your original ticket purchase so you can take full advantage of every day of your annual pass.
The sooner you upgrade, the more time you have to explore, learn, and create memories with the people you love.
Ticket-to-Membership Matching Rules
To keep things fair and consistent for every member, we match the number of tickets used to the number of named people on your membership pass:
- One ticket per named member. For example, a Quad Membership includes four named members, so up to four tickets can be applied toward the upgrade.
- Family Memberships are limited to two adult tickets. Because Family Memberships only include two named adults, only two adult tickets can be applied toward the membership value.
