Make a Sloth Mask

Transform yourself into a sloth with this fun DIY Sloth Mask! Follow the steps below and download our free sloth mask patterns.
Step 1: Gather supplies
- One 8″x10″ sheet of light brown felt
- One 8″x10″ sheet of dark brown felt
- One 8″x10″ sheet of black felt
- Two 8″x10″ sheets of beige felt
- Scissors
- Fabric glue
- Ribbon
Step 2: Print out the attached pattern sheets
Step 3: Cut out patterns from paper and trace them onto matching felt
Step 4: Cut out felt. You will end up with:
- One Facepiece (from light brown felt)
- One Nose fur piece (from beige felt)
- One Nose piece (from black felt)
- Two Eye fur pieces (from beige felt)
- Two Eyepieces (from dark brown felt)
Step 5: Cut 2 pieces of ribbon at 10 inches each
Step 6: Glue one piece of ribbon onto either side of the face piece.
- Glue the ribbon to the front, about 1/2 inch in from the sides
Step 7: Line up the eye fur pieces with the face piece and glue them into place
- It’s easiest to start with lining up the eye holes, then make sure the edges line up as well.
Step 8: Center the nose fur piece between the eye fur pieces and glue them into place.
Step 9: Center the nose piece at the bottom of the nose fur piece and glue it into place.
Step 10: Center the eyepieces and glue them into place
- Start with centering them over the eye holes, then make sure the edges line up with the edge of the mask
Step 11: Allow mask to dry completely
Step 12: Put on your mask and Enjoy!
