Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is offering $2 admission on Monday, September 8, 2025 to thank the public for its support of the Zoo, Arts, and Parks (ZAP) program. We will be open 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tickets must be purchased online in advance and are valid ONLY on ZAP Day, Monday, September 8, 2025. ZAP Day tickets are not for resale.
Due to an increased volume of traffic, there may be a delay in the delivery of your confirmation email. Please allow between 1 to 2 hours for it to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

The Aquarium is funded in part by the residents of Salt Lake County through the ZAP program.

You must purchase tickets online and in advance. Ticket purchases are limited to 10 per person.
Tickets for ZAP Guest Appreciation Day are limited and are available first come first serve. We expect tickets to sell out quickly. ZAP Guest Appreciation Day tickets are not available for any other day and are valid ONLY for Monday, September 8, 2025.
Yes, our annual ZAP Day takes place on Monday, September 8, 2025.
Yes. All ZAP Day tickets are timed to help manage capacity. Please plan to arrive within 30 minutes of your selected entry time.
No, there is no time limit on your visit. Most guests spend about two hours in the Aquarium.
Yes. However, due to the high volume of people, we ask that you please park your stroller in our designated stroller parking before entering the halls. We have a limited amount of strollers available to rent for $7.
Yes! We have wheelchairs available to rent for $8. Quantity is limited. First-come-first-served.
We ask that you do not bring outside food into the Aquarium, however you can bring your own food onto the plaza. We offer a fine selection of food and refreshments at The Café located in the main lobby and all event catering is offered through Aramark.
General Aquarium FAQs
The Aquarium is open from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Weapons of any kind are not allowed on LLPA property with the exception of on-duty law enforcement.
The following are not allowed inside the Aquarium: clothing with offensive or vulgar language, tobacco products and e-cigarettes, illegal drugs, signs, laser pens and pointers, noise-making devices (horns, whistles, etc.), balloons (except for parties in Tuki’s Island Play & Party Center), and any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate by Aquarium management.
Yes. Please be sure to capture your experience at the Aquarium on camera and tag us in your Social Media posts! When you are taking photos, we ask that you turn off the flash feature on your camera or camera phone. Unauthorized professional photography is not permitted.
