Brick Order Form
Please fill out the form below and follow the prompts and guidelines to engrave your brick. Once you’ve completed the form and clicked SUBMIT, you will receive an automated confirmation email as well as a follow up email from the Development Team. Brick orders are submitted to be created once a quarter. You will receive emailed updates.
Inscription Guidelines
20 characters maximum per line, including punctuation and spacing.
Everything will be capitalized.
Inscriptions must communicate non-commercial messages only. Discriminatory or inappropriate messages that refer to an individual’s or group’s sex, race, ethnicity, religious creed, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical ability will not be permitted. LLPA cannot guarantee multiple orders will be placed together in the plaza. LLPA reserves the absolute right to refuse printing of any brick or plaque for any reason, including, but not limited to, requests that contain political statements or any other inappropriate language or messages as determined by LLPA in its sole and absolute discretion.
