When you symbolically adopt an animal at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, you help us provide the best possible animal care.
Please allow 24 hours for picking up Animal Adoptions from the Aquarium.

FAQ’s
Each adoption lasts a year from the date when it was uploaded to our TV on the second floor, which can be up to two weeks after purchase. Guests often renew each year after their adoption expires.
If you choose in person pick up when paying for your adoption, your gift basket will be available in our Welcome Center. You do not need an admission ticket to pick this up, simply provide your information at the counter and an agent will grab your gift. Look out for an email from our Guest Services team, they will let you know when it is ready.
Adoptions require a one-time donation, unless you choose to renew after your adoption expires.
Though you will not get to interact with your adopted animal directly, you are welcome to visit their habitat anytime! For more personal experiences with our animals, you can join our Ambassador’s Council.
You are welcome to adopt as many animals as you’d like!
Our Adoption Wall is located on the second floor of the Aquarium, directly to the right of the stairs.
Anyone can adopt an animal! If you are purchasing an adoption as a gift for someone else, just add their information under the “certificate name” section of our online adoption form.
If your adoption package comes with admission tickets to the Aquarium, they will last a year from the day they are printed. So, you have roughly a year to redeem these tickets.
The plush corresponds with the animal you choose to adopt.
