Visits to Schools

Thank you for your interest in having the Aquarium at your school! At this time, we visit the following grades at public and charter schools in the state of Utah:
  • 2nd Grades
  • 4th Grades
  • 6th grades
  • Grades mixed with the above (for example a class of 3rd and 4th graders)

The Aquarium offers visits to these grades based on a rotating yearly schedule. To request information about a visit to your school, click here!

What if I’m not a teacher of 2nd, 4th, or 6th graders?

As we look ahead, our aspiration is to expand our reach across various grade levels. However, at present, these are the programs we provide. Should you represent a different grade level, we invite you to explore our diverse array of field trip programs tailored to accommodate all grades. Take me to field trips!

Rainforest Van

The Rainforest Van is offered to 2nd-grade students in Utah. This program explores the survival strategies used by animals living in the different layers of the rainforest.

Adaptations Van

The Adaptations Van is offered to 4th-grade students throughout Utah. This program explores the structures and functions organisms use to survive in the habitats of Utah. Students will leave feeling inspired and armed with easily practiced conservation strategies.
